The 2022 Victorian floods clean-up program includes free structural assessments for affected residential properties and small businesses. It also supports local councils to collect flood debris and waste.

– Visit a clean-up hub if there is one in your area. These are being set up in communities affected by the floods.

Flood Recovery Hotline – New opening hours

Register for the 2022 Victorian Flood Recovery Clean-up Program
Victorians affected by the floods can call the Flood Recovery Hotline on 1800 560 760 for help with:
– a range of clean-up services
– finding somewhere to stay
– financial, mental health and other support.

The hotline is open from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday and 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
