The Ethnic Communities Council of Victoria is hosting a community consultation workshop on 9 March at the Greek Centre for a national research project on climate change and how to best empower multicultural communities to take part in climate action. All participants will receive $50 for their time. The project is led by FECCA and the Multicultural Leadership Initiative.

Important information about the end of TPV/ SHEV

Refugee Council of Australia green logoThose who already have a Temporary Protection Visa (TPV) or Safe Haven Enterprise Visa (SHEV) will be able to apply for a permanent Resolution of Status (RoS) Visa. Current applications to renew expired TPVs or SHEVs will automatically be converted to RoS visa applications. Those still waiting for a decision will be granted a RoS Visa once their need for refugee protection is determined.
