Background to the Multicultural Support for the Voice

I want to thank you for expressing your interest in assisting with the co-ordination of the Multicultural Joint Resolution.

This Joint Resolution represents a strong alliance of multicultural organisations who are uniting to support the upcoming referendum on a constitutionally-guaranteed First Nations Voice.

This referendum transcends left and right and cultural divides. That is why our communities are standing together to support the Uluru Statement from the Heart.
Multicultural community organisations must take a leadership position in raising awareness on the importance of enshrining a First Nations Voice into the Australian Constitution.

You can find all of the signatories, so far, to the Joint Resolution here: https://www.multiculturalforvoice.org/who-we-are

If you have any questions, feedback and/or suggestions, please get in contact with us here: www.multiculturalforvoice.org/who-we-are

In the spirit of reconciliation, we acknowledge the traditional custodians of Country on which we stand today, whose cultures and customs have nurtured and continue to nurture these lands and seas since the beginning of time. We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded and we pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present, and future.
