Flood Update

Greater Shepparton City Council in collaboration with Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District provides a Flood Update, rendered on Tuesday 9 January at 17:00 hrs.

Flooding will be occurring in Greater Shepparton from late Wednesday into Thursday.

The floodwater will be much lower than in 2022.

Most houses and people won’t be affected.

Some properties near rivers and creeks may have floodwater in the street – some people could be stuck at home.

Just in case, you can prepare by having food for 3 days, and make sure you have enough prescription medication and baby needs.

Talk to your community leaders if you need help.

Don’t walk or drive into flooded areas. It is dangerous.
