Cobram: Family Violence Community Information Sessions

The Goulburn Family Violence Executive will present free community information sessions in Cobram on Friday June 27th. Come along to learn about the services locally available and how you can guide a friend or community member if they need to know where to go for help.


At 3:30pm on 27 June 2019, in the Cobram Civic Centre, Punt Rd, Cobram, we are presenting about the supports locally available to victims of family violence, including men. The session will explain what supports are available and how they can be accessed.

Tickets are free, and are available at Eventbrite (Family Violence Community Information Session – 27 June 2019 – Cobram).

Information about local services will also be available.

⊛ One in three women has experienced physical violence since the age of 15. Almost one in five has experienced sexual violence.
⊛ Almost 17 per cent of women in Australia have experienced violence by a partner.
