Community Cup Cricket – Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District

The 2019 Shepparton Community cup will be played between a team of Aboriginal community members, members of Victoria Police and a Multicultural Team at Victory Park on Sunday 27 October, from 9AM. (The Community Cup will take place during the St Georges Road Food Festival.)

The 2019 Shepparton Community cup will be played between a team of Aboriginal community members, members of Victoria Police and a Multicultural Team at Victory Park. This is adjacent the St Georges Road Food Festival, so everyone is welcome to come over and view the cricket games.

The game brings together all communities to foster a mutual trust and respect for each other.

Raising money for the Blue Ribbon Foundation, the cricket “bragging rights” event aims to improve social cohesion in the Greater Shepparton region. “Everyone and anyone is encouraged to come on down for a day of fun.”
