Migration, intercultural relationships, and integration in Australia

Migration, intercultural relationships, and integration in AustraliaA research project, examining ‘Migration, intercultural relationships, and integration in Australia’ is looking for participants. Participants will be asked to join a one-hour Zoom session and receive an e-gift of $100 for their participation.

The LOTE Agency (LOTE) is working in association with Monash University on a research project. We are looking to engage with people to take part in research interviews.

The research is focused on understanding intercultural or interfaith relationships and it is titled: ‘Migration, intercultural relationships, and integration in Australia’. The research will involve exploring the nature of these relationships, and investigating issues such as how they are shaped by individual life experiences, and the attitudes of family, friends, and community.

The aim of this project is to examine the nature of ethnic/religious partnering and explore how mixed relationships embody Australian multiculturalism. The outcome will be used to help improve cultural understanding and policies.
