The pandemic has affected everyone in different ways, and it’s important to take the time to care for your mental health. There’s free help available now for every Victorian who needs it, at your local Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub.

The Hubs provide free services for anyone living in Victoria, no matter your visa status. The experienced support workers will listen to you and help you to find the best and most appropriate support.

Even as Victoria reopens, it’s important to take care of your mental health and know that help is available near you.

If you’re having a difficult time or are feeling overwhelmed, you can call 1300 375 330 to get support through your local Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub.

All support is free and available to everyone of all ages right across Victoria, regardless of where you live.

In an emergency where there is immediate risk of harm to a person, call Triple Zero (000). For 24-hour crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Call 1300 375 330 (9 am – 10 pm weekdays and 9 am – 5 pm weekends) to book an in-person or telehealth appointment.
