headspace National are hosting a webinar for parents and carers of young people to support their mental health, for the region of Shepparton. these webinars are for Parents and Carers of young people between 12-25 years old. This online session is scheduled for 22 Feb 2022 at 7pm.

This session aims to:
- Strengthen your understanding of mental health and wellbeing
- Increase your awareness of how to support young people impacted by suicide
- Build skills and strategies to support your young person’s mental health
- Explore the conversational approach to talking to your young person about their mental health
- Build awareness of local, state and national support services
Following the webinar, all those who register will be supported by a digital pack of information that will be sent out via email within 5 days after the event.
