The CarerHelp Project has launched new translated resources on the CarerHelp website to help Australia’s diverse communities and carers, who speak in languages other than English, make the best possible end of life care decisions.

The resources are available in nine different languages including Arabic, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Punjabi, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish and Vietnamese.

In addition to the translated resources, the website also features resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and the LGBTIQ+ community.

The resources have been developed jointly by St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and CareSearch team at Flinders University, as part of the CarerHelp Project. CarerHelp is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.

Carerhelp has made resources available in nine different languages to support people from other backgrounds. Go here to see the language support
