Have your say: NDIS Review – Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District

More than 1000 people and organisations have joined the call to action to share their ideas and experiences through the NDIS Review to help restore trust and pride in the NDIS. People from the Multicualtural Community – and disabled people – are invited to have your say online at the NDIS Review Portal.

A recent snapshot of summary responses shows that 9% of respondents are from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and nearly 1/3 of all respondents identified as a person with disability. Recent additional funding from the Federal Government will also further facilitate and support engagement with people with disability in the NDIS Review.

You can have your say in a number of ways, including uploading a written, video, or audio submission, answering simple questions online, or sharing your ideas and insights with a member of the NDIS team by phone by Tuesday, 22 August 2023.

But at the moment we are planning our work for next year. So we would like to hear from you as soon as possible. We want to know what is most important to you. Anything you can tell us to help us plan our work for next year would be useful. It doesn’t have to be long.

We know that this is a busy time of year, and if you have time we would like to hear from you by the end of the year. Please contact us if you need more time.
