Empower the Future Youth Conference

Echo Hope ProjectEmpower the Future Youth Conference is an event that will inspire young people to create positive change in their communities, with the help of hands-on activities. This conference will take place at the Greater Shepparton Secondary College – Stadium/Gym from 11:00am on Saturday, 16 December 2023.


The objective of the conference is to inspire and empower young people to create positive change in their communities, with a specific focus on amplifying youth voices, increasing safety and intercultural connections for children and young people, and building inclusive communities.

This event will include;

  • Presentations and panel discussions from influential keynote speakers, experts and community leaders.
  • Food and music entertainment
  • Interactive hands-on workshops focusing on leadership development, communication skills, project management, and advocacy techniques
  • Inspiring success stories from young people who have made a positive impact in their communities
  • Networking and collaboration opportunities for participants to connect with like-minded individuals, NGO’s and organisations working in relevant fields
  • Facilitated interactive session where participants can develop action plans to address the identified challenges
