The Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District – in the light of the Coronavirus – has decided that it is prudent and responsible to postpone the proposed bus trip to Westfield Fountaingate Shopping Centre until a more suitable date.
Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District will conduct a bus trip from Shepparton to Westfield Fountain Gate at a specified date and notify all how have enrolled.
Westfield Fountain Gate is a super-regional shopping centre located in Narre Warren in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. When measured by floor area, it is the second largest shopping centre in Australia.
In order that those who are new to Australia understand important (and large!) aspects of Australia and its cultural places and places of social interaction, visits to places of significant cultural interest are organised by the Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District in order to promote settlement and social cohesion, in addition to appreciation of Australian culture.
Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District will conduct one Bus Trip to Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre leaving the premises of Ethnic Council at 7:30am on Friday, 3 April 2020.
This is a free event. Those wishing to participate please call Ethnic Council on 5831 23956 to reserve your seat on the bus.
