Our Community, Our Culture Calendar Competition – Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District

Greater Shepparton City Council is committed to fostering cultural celebration and engagement of our diverse community and annually develops a calendar of culturally significant dates. The calendars are distributed to staff, service providers and the community. Here is an opportunity to contribute to the Calendar and win a prize for participating!

Each month, the calendar showcases a day within that month with a photo and a summary of the event. The calendar assists Council and other organisations to be aware of culturally significant occasions when planning programs and events and allows all to learn about each other’s culture.

Calendar Art Competition

Each year council produces a calendar celebrating the diversity of Greater Shepparton.

This year we are inviting community to submit a photo or artwork which will be used as the monthly images of the 2022 calendar.

The 12 winners will also each receive a $100 voucher.

Submit your high resolution image to: mdofficer@shepparton.vic.gov.au by 10 September 2021.

Winners will be announced by 15 October 2021.
