Healthy and easy to prepare lunchbox options – Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District

Friendship Cafe are arranged for women from newly arrived communities to meet and share a friendly conversation with other women. On this day, the Ethnic Council arranges for Katie Thorp from RDI Nutrition to speak about healthy meals, nutrition and what makes a healthy lunch box. This session is on Zoom, on afternoon of 15 July 2020.
