Youth Affairs Council Victoria and the Greater Shepparton City Council offer a workshop at the Shepparton Senior Citizens Centre on Youth Preparedness and Disaster Recovery. The workshop will take place on Mon Jul 24 2023 at 5pm and will be held at 132 Welsford Street, Shepparton, VIC 3630.

Join us for the Youth People and Disasters – Advocacy Workshop! This in-person event is a unique opportunity for young individuals to come together and learn about advocating for change in times of crisis.

The workshop will take place on Mon Jul 24 2023 at 5pm and will be held at 132 Welsford Street, Shepparton, VIC 3630.

During this workshop, you will gain valuable insights into the impact of disasters on young people and how you can make a difference through advocacy. Learn about effective communication strategies, community engagement, and the power of youth voices in shaping disaster response and recovery efforts.
