Headspace Shepparton, Wise Women Well and the Ethnic Council of Shepparton are conducting a free Beading Workshop for young African women on 15 January at the Headspace premises in High Street Shepparton on 15 January 2024.

The aim is to provide a fun activity while:

  • introducing young people to headspace – the location and people working there
  • providing some tips about self-care – this will include both tips about managing emotions, stress etc.,
  • some information about protecting yourself and others from COVID-19

There are 15 spaces available. Ivete and Ayak are taking the registrations and will keep a record of all people who want to register even if we pass this number. This is so that we can show demand for future sessions for this group. We know there is quite a lot of interest but people need to register.

Register by calling Ivete and Ayak, numbers are on the flyer below.
