Mental Health Month Expo – Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District

World Mental Health Day is on Thursday 10 October – Join Wellways Shepparton in their Mental Health Month Expo at Shepparton Sports Stadium , 120 Numurkah Road, Shepparton on Thursday 10 October from 12 noon.

Wellways invite everyone in the community to come to a FREE Mental Health Month Expo that focuses on the whole of health. On the day there will be interactive and informative stalls from local service providers, a local Aboriginal didgeridoo player, guest speakers, sensory and relaxation activities, face painting, BBQ, art competition (judged by those who attend), carer speciﬁc activities, live performance by the award winning Listening To Voices theatre group and much more.

Mental Health Month has been observed since 1949. Join Wellways Shepparton in their Mental Health Month Expo at Shepparton Sports Stadium , 120 Numurkah Road, Shepparton on Thursday 10 October from 12 noon.
