Job description

Join our small organisation and work with older people towards achieving housing justice in the Hume and Goulburn Valley Region! Great conditions, supportive team, satisfying work contributing to changing the lives of older people in housing stress.

We are seeking applications for the position of Regional Housing Support Worker. You will have an understanding of the needs of older people, especially those with a lived experience of homelessness or housing stress, and work to establish the Housing for the Aged Action Group (HAAG) Home at Last model as a pilot project in the Shepparton/Goulburn region. Critical to your success is an ability to effectively collaborate with sector stakeholders and engage with older people.
