emergency app not available in languages – Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District

More than 1.5 million Victorians do not speak English at home and many have trouble understanding bushfire information. The Victorian Government is being urged to make bushfire information more accessible for non-English-speaking people before the summer fire season begins. Linguistically diverse communities want the Vic Emergency app offered in languages other than English.
