The South Sudanese Independence Day Celebration is free and runs from 3.30pm to 9pm on Saturday, July 13, at the Shepparton Senior Citizens Centre, 132 Welsford St. All are welcome to attend.

Ethnic Council officers attended the Shepparton Business Centre to hear about a program designed to assist and enable the African community with business literacy and entrepreneurial skills training. Filipino community members will share traditional clothing, music, food and drinks, including the much-loved bihon noodles and spring rolls, as part of a Greater Shepparton City Council multicultural initiative to highlight the city’s cultural diversity.
Culture Corner is held on the First Saturday of the Month. Culture Corner – in Maude Street Mall – for June will celebrate Filipino Independence Day on Saturday June 1st.
