Sidney’s picking hacks – Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District

Over 800 people have contacted Greater Shepparton City Council interested in harvest work since the council redoubled recruitment efforts. Starting in mid-January, Council and Fruit Growers Victoria have been running a fruit picking 101 workshop at McNab Orchards.

	The Ethnic Council of Shepparton and District acknowledges the Yorta Yorta People of the land which comprises the Goulburn Valley. We pay respect to tribal Elders, past, present and emerging and we celebrate their continuing culture and acknowledge the memory of their ancestors.
